Advanced nursing practice and pediatric psychology on the same team. The clinical and the human, taught together.
A proposal built in collaboration with you, scoped to your team, your goals, and the realities you face.
Practice, not lecture. Sessions include role-play, real-world scenarios, small-group discussion, and guided feedback.
Mentorship and follow-up are built in, because skill stays only when there's somewhere to take it.

Both presenters were great and I appreciated that they were from two different disciplines. They were both very knowledgeable and very approachable, making it comforting to ask questions and to share during the session.
The information was delivered in a very "real" way. Practical challenges with the work were acknowledged, which was refreshing.
The conversations were the most valuable part, and though I usually don't like them, the role plays were very effective and not threatening.
I am new to the pediatric world and this was so helpful. I will use it with all of my pediatric patients, and a lot of it can be used with adult patients too.
I am more strategic and careful when having conversations with families and patients. It encouraged me not to miss the moment to have these conversations.
